2. Service Description
We provide payment-gateway integration with third-party wallet providers. We are not a bank and do not hold customer funds beyond settlement windows.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping API tokens secret, maintaining the accuracy of merchant information, and complying with applicable laws including AML/KYC.
4. Fees
Transaction and withdrawal fees are disclosed in your service agreement. Fees may change with prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, gateway downtime caused by partners, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service per the service agreement. We may suspend access for security or legal reasons.
